Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined.

At Texura, we offer a 7-day Return/Exchange policy for most items, which gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased from texura.in for valid reasons within 7 days of receiving the order.


GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN
1. All product tags must be intact and in their original packaging
2. Product must be unused
3. Product must be unwashed and undamaged

IMPORTANT:
Before a return is approved, clear photos of the product must be shared with our team. This step is mandatory and helps us verify the issue.

Please Note:
For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong products, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Return Charges & Refunds
• A flat ₹99 pickup charge will apply to all returns, unless the product received is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
• Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and passes our internal quality check.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO TEXURA, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS
1. Create a ‘Return Request’ under the “My Orders” section of the website. Follow the screens after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pickup or self-ship it based on the selected return mode.
2. We offer a pickup facility for the address used while placing the order. FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.
